Personality and Learning Test

I found myself being a ENFP.  It says that I sense hidden potential in people.  I enjoy starting discussions and enjoy activities that challenge and stimulate others.  I find this to be accurate and feel these attributes are essential when teaching PE.  Students often come to us as educators and say they can not do this activity or it is to hard and they won't even try.  As an educator it is my responsibility to find the hidden potential in my students and show them they are capable of many things.

In the learning test I found that I am a active learner and a visual learner.  I have always known that I am a visual learner and when shown an activity or task in a visual way I am able to have better understanding and comprehension.  This type of learning is so important in a PE class.  Many activities are taught by modeling and a visual learning style.  A student will be show how to hit a ball with a racquet and when they watch this task they are more likely to be able to emulate the teacher.  I really enjoy exercising and playing sports and I hope to help my students understand the importance of being physical and how they can take the things they learn t their everyday lives.
